We have big news that we’ve been bursting to share!
If you’ve been following our socials over the past couple of months, you’ll have seen lots of hints that Lollamac HQ is on the move. Well, we’re finally ready to announce that very soon we will have a brand new high street home, right in the heart of Hexham! In addition to an open studio where you can watch our jewellery being created, there will be a dedicated space for holding jewellery making workshops, as well as our very own shop area. As you can probably imagine, we are VERY excited!
There is a lot of work to be done and there’s going to be several weeks of very hard work to complete before we can welcome you though the door, and so with all this in mind there are a few things to note:
Firstly, if you have any special occasions approaching, this is your last chance (for now!) to shop from the complete LollaMac collection. Over the next few days our website will be amended to show only those items which are physically in stock, as once I start packing my tools, I will be unable to make anything new for a few weeks. Stock levels are limited, and will not be topped up until we’re all set up again.
Secondly, while we’re in the midst of transitioning and setting up the new studio, dispatches will only occur once a week, on Fridays. I will aim to have orders placed by midnight on Wednesday ready for dispatch Friday.
Rest assured, this change is aimed at ensuring we can continue providing our best service while we settle into our new space. We’re looking forward to this next chapter and appreciate your continued support during this transition period.
