Want to give LollaMac jewellery as a gift?

All jewellery is supplied in a LollaMac branded gift pouch as standard, however if you are buying it as a gift, then you may prefer a gift box instead.

Simply add the number of gift boxes you require to your order, and I will select the most appropriate sized box for your chosen jewellery. If you are ordering a necklace and earrings set, I can display them together on one larger box you.

If you would like your purchase sending directly to the recipient, I will happily gift-wrap your jewellery and add a handwritten tag at no extra cost; just make a note in the box at the checkout and I’ll take it from there!

Delivery & Returns

Free postage to United Kingdom on orders over £50.

For orders under £50, postage is £2.50. All orders will be sent using the Royal Mail 1st Class mail.

Returns and Cancellations

I gladly accept returns and exchanges.

If you wish to return an item please contact me within 14 days of receipt and return it within 30 days of receipt. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.

Cancellations must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.
