Silver Earrings & Pendant Workshop – Full Day

Earrings, pendant or both? The choice is yours in this hands-on jewellery making workshop!

In this full day earring making workshop you’ll get a complete hands-on experience using a range of jewellery making techniques to produce your own collection of earrings, pendants, or both. You’ll leave the workshop with at least 4 pieces of shiny new jewellery, all made by your own fair hands!

You will work through the different processes including piercing (sawing), filing, sanding  and polishing, as well as exploring texture with a range of hammers and how to add accent details to your work. In the morning we will get to grips with these techniques working with copper or brass, before moving onto silver in the afternoon. You will be encouraged to sketch some design ideas as you go, but don’t worry, there will also be a load of inspiration ideas available to help you on your way should you need it!

• This workshop is suitable for complete beginners; the maximum group size is 5 so you will have access to plenty of guidance and tuition throughout.

The workshop will run from 10am to 4pm with an hour’s break for lunch. Please note that lunch is not provided; you can either bring your own or purchase from our lovely on-site café.
