A bee-utiful necklace for nature lovers!

This lovely pendant features a bee and daisy design which has been impressed into a nugget of recycled brass. The impression has a wonderfully detailed texture which really brings the image to life. The necklace has a nice weighty feel to it (a little over 4g) and hangs beautifully from a sterling silver curb chain.

How I make your Bee Print Pendant

Each bee impression is produced individually me in my studio; there’s no mass production going on here! Firstly I melt down an ingot of brass using the offcuts I keep from other projects. Then I press the shape using an impression die and a hydraulic press. This could be repeated 4 or 5 times before I’m totally happy with the depth and detail of the print, annealing the metal between each stage. Once I think I’ve got the perfect print, I file away the excess material and smooth the edges, before soldering on the bale. The impression gets a light oxidising to really make the details pop before a final polish. And voila!

Returns and Cancellations

If you wish to return an item please contact me within 14 days of receipt and return it within 30 days of receipt. Return postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty.
